At Woodchy, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified in case of any significant delay.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on your location and product type:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

For larger furniture items or made-to-order products, delivery may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders (if applicable)
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply
  • Any extra charges for remote locations or special delivery requirements will be informed prior to dispatch

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the provided shipping address. Customers are requested to ensure availability at the time of delivery.

For large furniture items:

  • Delivery will be made to the ground floor or building entrance, unless specified otherwise
  • Installation or assembly services (if applicable) will be communicated separately

6. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen logistics issues
  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

Woodchy is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

We strongly advise customers to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or
  • Mention the issue to the delivery personnel and take clear photos/videos

Report the issue to us within 24–48 hours at care@woodchy.com for immediate assistance.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Woodchy ships only within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.
