Refund policy

At Woodchy, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations in quality, design, and durability. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact

To initiate a return, customers are required to share clear images or videos of the product highlighting the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as these are natural in wood products)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (if marked as non-returnable)

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup, if available in your area
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to self-ship the product

The product must be securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Woodchy is not responsible for damages caused due to improper packaging during return shipping.

4. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product option will be provided.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in wood grain, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability
  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately
